Katmai National Park, Alaska - Edition of 500

Red fox are surprisingly curious and bold animals.  On a hot afternoon in Katmai National Park, the adult fox curled up for an afternoon nap not far from camp.  It chose a shady spot behind a log (with a lot of cool grass) to sit out the heat of the day.  taken 7/00
