Double Trouble
Wapusk National Park, Manitoba, Canada - Edition of 500 Polar bear cubs take full advantage of their early, care-free, days while in the protective presence of their mother. The ability of a polar bear to survive in such a harsh climate is simply amazing. Armed with black skin and thick fur, polar bears are well protected from the arctic conditions. On especially cold days such as this one, polar bears will use their paw to cover their nose and keep it warm. These curious young cubs took advantage of their mother's slumber to play and learn about the world around them. taken 3/07
