Framing and Matting Information

Each framed limited edition print is hand crafted from the highest quality materials available.

Frames

We offer two categories of framing.  Your exact framing choice will be confirmed via email or phone if you order online.  We strive to offer some of the highest quality frames in the industry which we believe enhance and compliment the images.

A Frames: Our thinner frames ranging from 2 1/2 " to 2 3/4 " wide.  All of the A frames feature olive wood veneer in a variety of styles and colors.

B Frames:  These wide 4-4.75" frames are excellent compliments to our larger images.  The B frames include the black scoop with copper veins which works great on many of our images along with a variety of veneers and styles.

If our framing choices simply don't work with your style or decor, we offer unframed images.

Liners

All images come with a 3/4" liner to transition from the image to the frame.  We offer six liner choices in suede and linen fabrics. 

A Premium Liner is available for an additional charge.  Premium liners are 3 1/2" and are available in either natural or black linens.  They serve to create more visual space between the image and the frame which can help draw your eye toward the image.  They are manufactured using a continuous piece of linen fabric so there are not any corner joints on Premium Liners.

Glass

Our giclee images do not require glass since both the canvas and watercolor paper giclees are coated with protective UV coatings.  Regardless of the glass quality, it will add reflections and glare to your image which takes away from the viewing experience. Our goal is to maximize your viewing experience and we feel we have achieved this with our giclee offerings.
