Golden Eagles are powerful predators distributed throughout the Northern Hemisphere. Their speed and agility make them highly effective hunters. They are large birds standing nearly 3 feet tall with wingspans of 6-7 feet. This eagle rested on the high Alaskan cliffs and used its exceptional eyesight to scan the valley below for prey. taken 8/10
