The fall colors around Telluride were amazing this year. While leading a photo workshop, we were fortunate to find fog shrouding the aspen groves on the west side of a mountain pass. The scene was surprisingly dynamic as the fog began to dissipate. This resulting image has a wonderful combination of yellow and green aspens with a soft mystery throughout the image. I found this moment to be a gentle and unique presentation of Colorado's autumn beauty.
