If I had to choose a favorite location to photograph, it would be Denali National Park in the fall. Denali is untouched wilderness teeming with life during the summer months. Mount Denali (the tallest peak in North America) and the Alaska Range tower over the tundra. The jewel of Denali is Wonder Lake, a five mile long lake formed by retreating glaciers during the last ice age. In early September, autumn brings an incredible palette of fall colors to the landscape. A gentle mist rolls off of Wonder Lake and along its outlet to create this serene wilderness spectacle.
