Morning Mist

Morning Mist

Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

The rainy season brings much needed water to the southern Serengeti. Amazingly, giraffes don’t typically migrate with the other herd animals and instead survive the dry season by feeding on acacia trees. Early morning rains can lead to fog and clearing skies. As the giraffes browse for food, the morning mist slowly begins to clear, revealing another magical day in Africa.
