This view of the Sneffels Range in Colorado is one of the most awe inspiring vistas in the Lower 48.  While always beautiful, this particular morning was simply breathtaking.  Taken about 15 seconds after the sun hit the orange aspens in the foreground, the combination of snow, light and color was rare and unrivaled (the aspens turned brown the next day).  In 10 years of watching this scene, it's only looked like this once.
