The Masai Mara is a stunning mix of vast grasslands, rocky escarpments and forested river bottoms. Elephants prefer the food and shade provided by the variety of tree species in the park. Almost constantly on the move, this group of females and young ones began their sunrise trek out of the trees in search of a different feeding ground.
